Ceridian Implements Apttus Quote-to-Cash Solution

Apttus recently announced that it has entered into a strategic collaboration with Ceridian, where Apttus will now deliver on-demand software to Ceridian for computerizing the entire quote-to-cash process. Apttus’ offerings, developed on the Salesforce Platform, are ideal for the quote-to-cash process.
The quote-to-cash process is a very crucial process between the buyer's intent in a purchase and its actual transformation into profits. Apart from augmenting sales effectiveness, organization can use Apttus to take full advantage of visibility and control of the quote-to-cash process.
Ceridian has extended its sales team with an aim to make its presence felt in fresh markets. Ceridian therefore needed a solution capable of handling an ever-more-intricate sales process and developing product catalog. Sales reps using the solution should be able to react to customer-desired configurations of products and services in a versatile manner. The sales reps should also be able to sustain internal controls on approvals and agreement conditions.
Sales reps also needed easy access to information inside the agreements with present customers, in order to handle accounts better and to extend opportunities with existing customers. As the sales team at Ceridian is constantly on the move, they wanted to finish quotes and get approvals on iPads and ensure that all customer data was in sync.
