Freewire's 'Diversity and Cloud WAN Service' Joins Forces with Telarus

November 25, 2015

Love may make the world go ‘round, as an old song has it, but commerce keeps the money flowing. And in the world of business, the bottom line is everything.

That may be one reason why Telarus (News - Alert) – a master agent of business data, voice, cloud and data center services -- announced recently that it has partnered with Portland, Oregon-based network services provider Freewire.

According to a statement from both companies, Telarus partners will now have access to Freewire’s best-in-class cloud-delivered SD-WAN solution, “Freewire Diversity & Cloud WAN Service.”

For those unaware, Freewire is the largest fixed wireless and managed services provider in the Pacific Northwest, providing services to companies from California’s Bay Area all the way up to Washington’s border with Canada. As part of a commitment to business resilience and continuity, as well as simplifying WAN deployment and management, Freewire launched “Freewire Diversity & Cloud WAN Service” nationwide in early 2015.

“Freewire takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, as their NOC (News - Alert) in Portland monitors and manages customers’ networks 24x7,” the company said in a release. Freewire considers itself the expert when it comes to keeping companies connected, and is helping many companies do just that throughout the U.S.

“From the beginning we’ve grown Freewire with our partners,” said Barry Lowry, Freewire VP of Sales. “That’s one of the reasons we’re so excited to join the Telarus family. They truly ‘get’ technology and know-how to make it work for their partners and customers.”

Based in Sandy, Utah, Telarus, is a technology services master agent that holds contracts with more than 50 data, voice, and cloud providers. The company was voted the best master agent by the members of the Telecom Association (News - Alert) for over five years in a row.
