VXSuite Deal Shows Why Telarus is at the Top of Its Game

Master agent Telarus (News - Alert) has long been a value-added reseller’s best friend. One reason is its GeoQuote system, which allows resellers to make quotes to customers in real-time. As a recent Telarus blog post shows, another way the company supports its resellers is through value-adds that resellers can pass along to their customers.

A good example is VXSuite, which delivers detailed call reporting and for which resellers get five percent of the total value of the service.

PBX (News - Alert) systems are moving to the cloud, which can be a scary thing for premise-based value-added resellers since they lose control and visibility when they sell cloud services.

VXSuite brings back this visibility, as it enables VARs to look into the network and have control by putting probes at the host level.

Telarus adds VXSuite to enable the VAR to see inside the network with the installed probes and clean automated reports, according to the company, and resellers can then not only say what the up-time and call quality are for the service, but also show where problems are popping up and determine who needs to be contacted to fix the problems.

The difference between a hosted PBX solution that uses VXSuite probes and one that does not is the level of transparency. If service issues arise, VXsuite helps the partner and the supplier pinpoint the issue in close to real-time, which can both save time and keep customers happy.

One of the unique features of the VXSuite solution offered by Telarus is that partners that recruit a reseller to buy a VXSuite software license earn five percent override on the VAR's VXSuite spend indefinitely. If that VAR contacts Telarus directly seeking assistance with broadband or network connectivity, that opportunity will be forwarded back to the partner to close.

Transparency and additional ways to generate income streams; that’s the mark of a good master agent.
