CNSG and Telesphere Represent Successful Partnership

July 17, 2014

If a successful business relationship can be measured by trust, compatible communication styles, and complementary skills between both parties involved, then Telesphere (News - Alert) and CNSG are doing this relationship thing right. CNSG, a telecommunications and data center consulting firm and master agent, has been working with Telesphere for a year now under the direction of Ali Niroo, CNSG’s managing partner of its DC Metro office. Telesphere is a VoIP and unified cloud communications provider, and benefiting from a partnership with CNSG’s master agent services.

Through working with CNSG, Telesphere has been introduced into more than 300 new accounts around the country; its presence has elevated throughout the eastern seaboard and been introduced to thousands of new users. Niroo’s family is from an insurance background, so he understands the central importance of customer satisfaction — even when it means long days and big commitments.

Telesphere’s own client interaction process is worth that big commitment, according to Niroo. Through a strong investment into its cross-country network, a smooth back-office interface, mobile integration solutions, and the ability to incorporate unified communications as a service (UCaaS), Telesphere’s own devotion to client satisfaction makes them a worthy investment for CNSG in Niroo’s opinion.

Josh Redick, Telesphere’s indirect regional channel manager of the East Coast, said in a statement, "CNSG's meteoric rise with Telesphere is outstanding. In less than a year, they are leading our Mid-Atlantic indirect channel sales, and their representation of Telesphere has launched us into a top-tier list of established businesses, including banks, law firms, schools and retailers. We will continue to nourish this relationship by exceeding their expectations one customer at a time as we thrive in the year ahead."

Business relationships aren’t always easy, but it looks like CNSG and Telesphere have the ingredients to continue making it work.
