CNSG and Telesphere Represent Successful Partnership

Through working with CNSG, Telesphere has been introduced into more than 300 new accounts around the country; its presence has elevated throughout the eastern seaboard and been introduced to thousands of new users. Niroo’s family is from an insurance background, so he understands the central importance of customer satisfaction — even when it means long days and big commitments.

Telesphere’s own client interaction process is worth that big commitment, according to Niroo. Through a strong investment into its cross-country network, a smooth back-office interface, mobile integration solutions, and the ability to incorporate unified communications as a service (UCaaS), Telesphere’s own devotion to client satisfaction makes them a worthy investment for CNSG in Niroo’s opinion.
