Salestream is famous for developing the MasterStream telecom business automation software, and together the two companies will be able to combine resources to improve TNCI's efficiency while increasing Salestream's visibility by offering MasterStream to TNCI's customers.
The collaboration will offer both MasterStream subscribers as well as TNCI's agent partners the ability to instantly generate quotes for TNCI's various services. TNCI offers cloud, voice and data telecommunication services in a variety of packages, but MasterStream's automation services allow users to generate custom packages and view an accurate price before committing to the service. MasterStream's powerful services are also able to automate processes like bill analysis and automatic order population, which increases efficiency and thus adds value to the entire supply chain for telecom providers.
