Telarus (News - Alert), a master agent headquartered in Utah, works with the biggest telecommunications space in all of the land enabling these major firms to leverage its technology to get rid of the exorbitant costs seen from manual labor processes that once were necessary within the sales process. The company not only has created its own GeoQuote software that generates a quick price quote for clients, it remains at the cutting edge of technology by continuing to add new capabilities to its offering.
Recently, the company unveiled the dates of its large not-to-miss events that will be taking place in 2013: the President's Club and the Partner Summit.
While the President’s Club will be held in luxurious Punta Cana, Dominican Republic from March 9-14, the other will once again be held at the Stein Eriksen Resort in Utah from June 18-20.
"We are very excited to reward our producing partners with lavish reward trips most would never buy for themselves," said Adam Edwards, president of Telarus, in a statement. "The President's Club is a fantastic opportunity for our partners to spend some quality time with their spouse in a tropical location on our dime. Likewise, the Partner Summit is our chance to bring all of our partners and suppliers together to receive continued education on both our industry and the tools offered here at Telarus."
To the master agency, these events are essential in enabling its wide customer base to come together for a fun-filled couple of days of enjoying a beautiful landscape, networking, collaborating and discussing current trends that are revolutionizing the telecommunications space.
"We set the bar extremely high in our first-ever national conference in June 2012, bringing in ex-NFL great Chad Lewis and former No. 1 AT&T (News - Alert) salesman Chuck Reeves," said Patrick Osborn, vice president of Marketing for Telarus. "We also tightly choreographed all of our partners' and suppliers' schedules so that the right people were meeting each other and building relationships that would expose them to growth opportunities. We look forward to an even more impactful event in 2013."
One area Telarus is especially proud of is its cable services, which is has been powering since January 2011 and now works with some of the biggest players in the field including Comcast, Charter, Time Warner (News - Alert) Cable Business Class. Currently, the organization is in discussions with the other cable providers, Osborn told me.
Telarus can support cable sales with its “automated pricing, availability, and paperwork tool. This unique software basically works like Turbo Tax; just answer the seven step questionnaire and our system will e=mail you signature-ready contracts, including applicable local market promotions,” Osborn added. “This technology not only eliminates the need for partners to fill in their own paperwork, it also cuts down on common mistakes that add delay and headache to the sourcing process. This technology is key to making it profitable for channel partners to spend time on sub-$200 MRC cable orders.”
Moreover, the CableCo's fiber-based metro Ethernet products have been seamlessly integrated into a fully interactive Google (News - Alert) map where partners can see lit buildings and fiber routes of multiple carriers side by side. This allows partners to quickly narrow the search for the "best fit" broadband provider in just seconds, and at the same time appear very knowledgeable to their end-user clients.
Osborn concluded, “In the past two years we have built a very complex and expensive system to enable us to be a leader in the cable space, but it's an investment that we believe will pay large dividends in the future as the cables continue to grow and consume market share of SMB and enterprise voice and data.”
